On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the code we email you.
A timer didn't ring
Allow notifications for Al Dente in your phone's settings, and on Android allow Alarms & reminders for on-time alarms. Keep the volume up. In a browser, keep the page open.
My cook isn't on my other device
Sign in with the same account on both. The cook follows within a few seconds when both are online; a device without a signal catches up when it reconnects.
